At Rosegarth, we take pride in providing a high standard of friendly, individual, personal care for just 18 elderly ladies and gentlemen. We provide 24-hour care in a homely, comfortable and safe environment.

Our magnificent Edwardian building set in beautiful grounds close to Ilkley town centre and the famous Cow and Calf Moors provides the perfect home for our residents to experience our very personal and family orientated environment.

As a registered Residential Care Home we specialise in the care of the elderly and offer accommodation to a wide range of ages from the young 60+ to the young at heart 100+, offering short – term holidays, convalescence and respite care and long term permanent placements.

At Rosegarth, we have established a safe and comfortable environment that feels like the residents’ own home.

This Edwardian building has been sympathetically converted to create a unique Care Home in an idyllic quiet tree-lined road close to the beautiful Ilkley Moor and ideally situated close to transport links and the lively and attractive town centre.

Shared Living Areas

We provide a chair lift giving easy access to the upper floor for our residents, enabling them all to enjoy our dining room and lounge and conservatory, thus enjoying full freedom around the home and gardens.

Our residents may spend their day in our elegant, comfortable lounge where they may read or enjoy music and activities or sit in the conservatory overlooking the private and sheltered sun trap gardens. Our south facing paved garden offers plentiful seating and shaded areas and residents can take afternoon tea with friends and family and enjoy the seasonal flowers.

Rooms

At Rosegarth, we provide accommodation for up to 18 people in single rooms. Each room has its own unique feel to it. We see our residents as individuals with their own needs and personalities. Our residents are able to choose rooms that suit them. Some rooms will accommodate personal items of furniture and everyone is encouraged to display precious pictures, ornaments and family photographs.

Each room is light and airy; some rooms in the older part of the building benefit from those classic Edwardian features such as the high ceilings and detailed cornicing, whereas the rooms from the more modern side of the building may feature the benefits such as doors leading to our beautiful gardens. We invite you to come and take a look to see which room is most suited to your loved one. Some rooms have en-suite facilities, all have wash basins, and the home provides bath and walk-in shower facilities with bath hoists if required.
