In addition to a skilled team of Senior Care and Support Workers, we have a dedicated and committed team of housekeeping, catering, activities and administration staff. All of whom provide an essential role in making life at Highborder Lodge as comfortable and positive as possible. We pride ourselves on going that extra mile to ensure your happiness and wellbeing.

Highborder Lodge has been an established residential home for 30 years. Mr Roger Thorne has been the proprietor since 1994 and during this time the home has been extensively extended and now offers accommodation for up to 42 residents.

Situated in a peaceful Cotswold village, we are able to offer private rooms with en suite facilities as well as two spacious communal living areas and a sun lounge which offers views of both the gardens and surrounding countryside, an inviting light airy room for reading, relaxing and conversation. During the summer months our gardens provide places to sit and relax and our summerhouse offers shade.

Highborder Lodge is a “Home” from “Home” and offers a warm inviting welcome, and we treat everyone with respect and courtesy.

We value our residents as individuals and offer care services in accordance with their unique needs. We encourage our residents to enjoy their lives focusing on what they can do and not what they can’t, in a safe and comfortable environment.
