Garrett House – Aldeburgh

Garrett House is a home of distinction providing quality 24-hour care, with emphasis on independence, dignity and privacy for our elderly residents. We are proud of our reputation of providing excellent care in a homely, warm, luxurious atmosphere on the Suffolk coast.

We are registered for 45 residents and provide long-term/ permanent residency, interim care from hospital prior to going home and respite /holiday care which can be as short as a weekend or month.

We are committed to running a non-institutionalised home for the elderly to ensure our residents live in a caring atmosphere and have a ‘home for life’.

Services & Facilities at Garrett House

All bedrooms at Garrett House are en-suite and our various drawing rooms and main areas are spacious, light and airy and are thoughtfully decorated, combining elegance with a quiet calm.

Meals are freshly cooked daily, by Chef. Lunch is 3 courses from a varied menu of fresh locally sourced produce whenever possible. Traditional Sunday Roasts and supper are accompanied by an extensive wine list and drinks are always available from our fully stocked bar.
