Conifers Care Home

Conifers Care Home is registered to provide personal care and accommodation for up to 15 elderly residents. Care is provided on a 24 hour basis, including waking watch support throughout the night. All accommodation and facilities at the home are provided at ground floor level. There are 13 single rooms and two rooms which are available for people to share.
