Neva Manor Care Home is a well established privately owned care home for older people and is regulated and registered by the CARE QUALITY COMMISSION (CQC) and NORTH SOMERSET COUNCIL.

Neva Manor is a 14 bedded establishment registered for Residential Care, Respite, Intermediate, Day Care, Dementia Care in a ‘home from home’ environment.

Neva Manor Care Home is truly “a home from home”.

It is a 14-bedded establishment consisting of 12 single rooms and 1 double room all with en-suite facilities. The accommodation is situated over two floors. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and are equipped with television and telephone points. Service Users are encouraged to personalised their rooms and bring along their belongings from home.

Call buttons are strategically placed to ensure help is always at hand when it is needed.

The bright and spacious dining area leads onto the patio area with a beautifully maintained garden.

There are also two separate lounges where service users are encouraged to socialise. However, service users are free to choose to stay in their own rooms if they wish.

Neva Manor has been awarded “4 Stars” rating in Food Hygiene.

Meal times aren’t just about the food we eat. Mealtimes can be the highlight of many people’s day. At Neva Manor Care Home, dining is a delightful social experience to look forward to and enjoyed by all.

Service users are encouraged to eat in the dining room. We have found in doing service users find mealtimes more enjoyable. There is also the option for them to choose and eat in their own room if they so wish.

Food is an important part of our residents’ lives and we’re proud of the quality and variety of food we offer. Our menus are tailored to residents’ individual dietary and medical needs, and we make sure personal likes and dislikes are catered for. Our experienced cook prepares menus which comprise of fresh and seasonal foods which are nutritious and tasty.

Our menus are regularly reviewed to suit our residents’ preferences whilst ensuring our residents get a mixed and balanced diet.

We provide nutritious and appetising meals that meets the needs and choices of individuals. Whether you’re vegetarian, or follow a special diet for any special reasons we can cater for you – we’ll talk to you about your requirements shortly after you arrive.
