Woodeaves Residential Care Home is a detached property set within its own grounds and is within walking distance of Nantwich town centre, the railway station and Shrewbridge Lake.

The Home has pleasant garden space to the rear with tables and seating to allow residents to take full advantage of the outside space and the numerous wild visitors it attracts.

We are family owned and managed on a day-to-day basis by our Registered Manager, Lisa Nicholson. Together, Lisa and our team, pay great attention to detail to ensure a friendly, homely and caring environment and we pride ourselves on being able to offer first class care at competitive prices.

Woodeaves Residential Care Home, Nantwich, undertakes a comprehensive Quality Assurance Programme incorporating feedback from residents, their relatives, staff and local professionals and stakeholders. This program ensures that we monitor the services and care we provide to ensure that we continue to meet and exceed your expectations.

We offer both short (respite) and long stay care and recommend a trial period of up to four weeks to ensure that the Home can meet the residents needs and that the resident is happy that the right choice has been made.

The Home offers activities and days out to all residents and we encourage them all to suggest ideas for this during our resident meetings. We have various forms of entertainers visiting the home as well as many other forms of in house entertainment that residents can take part in during the week.

Friends and family are able to visit at any time and will always be given a warm welcome.

We provide care in 18 single and 2 double rooms with a number benefitting from en suite facilities. There is a shaft lift to provide easy access to first and second floor rooms. There are well appointed bathroom and toilet facilities, with bath lift, grab rails and safety aids. There is a call system in every room with full 24 hour waking care and attention provided by our dedicated staff.

There is a coin-operated telephone for residents use or they may have their own telephone installed if they wish. The rooms are all tastefully decorated and residents are free to bring personal items of furniture, pictures etc, should they so wish.

Nutritious food is provided that is of high quality using fresh home cooked produce that offers interest and variety. Special diets can be catered for as well.

Woodeaves Residential Care Home provides care for people who need a home with support they cannot otherwise receive. Residence is restricted to men and women normally over the age of 65. There is no discrimination or restrictions, relating to gender, culture, politics or religion.
