White Hill House Residential Home for the Elderly

White Hill House Residential Home for the Elderly  is a small residential care home in the town of Chesham in South Buckinghamshire. It is registered for 8 residents and all the bedrooms are en-suite.

We comply with the required standards for residential care whilst maintaining a home environment familiar to us all.

White Hill House was established in 1979 by its present owner, Anita Larkin.

White Hill House is situated in the lovely countryside of the Chilterns and is a five minute drive from the market town of Chesham. It has good links to the M25, M1 and M40 and is on the Metropolitan Underground Line in to London.

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for 8 residents. We have a communal Lounge, Conservatory, Dining Room in which to rest and relax. This includes our Summerhouse situated in a large pleasant garden.

All our bedrooms are en-suite and furnished with a bed, wardrobe, easy chairs and chests of drawers however we encourage our residents to personalise their rooms so that they feel comfortable and at home. We can also provide large flat screen televisions and telephones if required.

A nurse call bell system is located throughout the home, as well as in bedrooms, toilets and bathrooms.

Due to the smaller size of the Home, we feel we are able to offer a warm, homely environment to our residents. We believe this also enables our Carers to build closer relationships with our Residents and cater for their needs on a more personal level.

We welcome visitors any time, within reason, into White Hill House. We will also accept as visitors, well behaved pets at the Management’s discretion.
