Three Roses Home

Three Roses Home offers support to 14 adults with Learning Disabilities. The home is Managed by Sarah Cooper and a team of 20 staff including Duty Managers Terri Blackwell, Emma Young, Stephen Ameson-Jebb and Tina Wooldridge. We also have a housekeeper and 19 carers who support our residents 24/7. On a day to day basis we promote their independence. We offer personal care and support to each individual with their needs. Each resident has 2 keyworkers and this enables the staff to get to know and understand the needs of each individual. We have a number of activities going on with in the home and 2 pert time activity coordinators, including exercise sessions, music sessions, cooking, letter/email writing and themed days too! We currently have 2 vehicles that are used to go out shopping, outings, holidays and appointments.

Three Roses Home is a large bungalow set in 4 acres of grounds. We have 4 adapted wet/bath rooms and each bedroom has their own en-suite and are single occupancy.

We also offer day services where by an individual can come in to a safe environment and take part in many different activities and enjoy  breakfast/lunch or an evening meal.
