The Lawns Residential Care sits resplendent amidst wonderful landscaped gardens and terraces in the rural Worcestershire village of Alvechurch yet conveniently located only a few minutes from Junction 2 of the M42. This ideal location allows us to provide care for residents from the towns of Alvechurch, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Solihull, Birmingham, Worcester, Warwick, Stratford upon Avon, Studley, Alcester, Leamington Spa, Stourbridge, Evesham, Kidderminster and everywhere in between in the counties of Worcestershire and Warwickshire in the West Midlands.
The Lawns Residential Care is registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide Residential and Dementia care for up to 40 senior adults. The Lawns has been rated as “OUTSTANDING” in our latest inspection report.

The Lawns is a beautiful period home, with extensive gardens and terraces, which contains a wide range of varied living spaces with quality safe and secure accommodation.
Our aim is to provide as close to a home like environment as possible.
There’s a choice of fully furnished and tastefully decorated bedrooms or suites, all having lovely views of either our gardens and terraces, the sweeping front driveway or the Worcestershire countryside.
Our Rooms
The Lawns Residential Care prides itself on the quality of all of our rooms. There are a range of options available varying in size and facilities from suites, suitable for couples or singles, to single bedrooms with toilet and basin facility.
All of our rooms have been meticulously designed and furnished to the highest standard. Each bedroom and suite has the very latest staff call system who are available, if needed, to assist you 24 hours a day.
For the utmost in luxury and space our suites include a lounge area, kitchen, separate bedroom and a wet room shower and toilet which places them amongst the leading care accommodation available.
Our independent bath and shower rooms are all fully equipped with the latest aids for those with restricted mobility.
Naturally, all residents are encouraged to personalise their own living space with pictures, ornaments and suitable items of furniture.
