Life at Severn Heights is centered on our residents, but there are many people who contribute to making life at the home so unique. We understand the important contribution that friends and family make to life at the home. As such, there are several private areas that friends and family can spend time together including the day room and the attractive conservatory. This open culture contributes to the friendly and welcoming atmosphere found at the home.
Mealtimes are an important aspect of life at Severn Heights and they are designed to be flexible and enjoyable. We use fresh, seasonal ingredients to offer a variety of tasty meals and accommodate dietary requirements as well as individual preferences.
Our Activities Coordinator works closely with residents and relatives to develop a varied programme of activities and events throughout the year, including our popular summer fete.

Each of our residents and their loved ones can trust that the person-centred care they receive will be delivered with kindness,thoughtfulness and dignity, in a safe and welcoming home.
The living accommodation is provided over two floors, with a variety of daily living spaces available including a sitting room,a dining room, a family day room and a conservatory.
Residents’ bedrooms are comfortable and well equipped with TV points, wifi access and a nurse call system. We encourage residents to personalise their bedrooms with items of furniture and treasured belongings so that it feels familiar and personal to them.
Many of the rooms offer picturesque views across the Worcestershire country side and our extensive landscaped gardens, which provide a peaceful place to enjoy the attractive surroundings, including a delightful walled garden.
