Rivacre House

Rivacre House is a 12 person residential home located in Ellesmere Port. We provide person-centred care and support to people living with mental health conditions and learning disabilities, who are aged between 18 and 65.

At Rivacre we will work with you to identify your strengths and weaknesses using The Recovery Star, a tool used to help us measure your progress. This will help us understand where you are now and where you wish to be.

From this we will explore your short and long-term goals and work together to create a personalised support plan that suits you.
