Richmond Court is a 21 Bedroom Residential Care Home in the Heart of Dudley, West Midlands. We specialise in Dementia Care which all of our staff members have had full training and experience.

We like to offer Residents a family like environment by using regular and familiar staff members and fulfilling the Resident’s physical, social, cultural and intellectual need whilst respecting individual needs of privacy and dignity.

We are a 21 Bedded care home with most of the rooms having en-suite facilities. We have a five-passenger shaft lift for residents living upstairs who have difficulty with mobility. We have two large lounges, a large conservatory and a garden. We have newly installed toilets and washing facilities. Fully trained care staff are on duty 24 hours a day. The home also employs a cook, domestic and maintenance staff.

Our current client group is within the age range of 64 and above – males and females. We will cater for younger adults under the age of 64 depending if they fit our criteria. We cater for all culture and religions and we also employ a multi-cultural team of staff who are aware of different religions, cultures and languages.

We will assist Residents in all their daily activities and living needs. We will insure that their needs are met by giving each service user a bespoke Person Centred Care Plan.

We cater for a huge complex client base. We have specialist trainings, risk assessments and experience in place to cater for General Old Age, Dementia, Challenging behaviour, Ex-Alcoholics, 24 Hour Oxygen Users, Palliative Care, Cancer Patients, Diabetics, the list goes on. We will only accept your placement if we are able to meet your needs, this will be decided on a pre-assessment between the manager with the families/friends and potential resident.
