Unlike larger nursing homes Rathside’s compact 30 room size means all our staff can truly get to know each and every resident. With intimate relationships built, you can be rest assured that your loved one will receive full one to one care, true compassion and a lifelong friendship with our staff.

Entrusting our personal care to people we like know and trust and have formed a bond with is of paramount to most of us and this is particularly true when dementia is involved. Unfortunately, most care homes have to use agency staff to cover staff absences which can leave your loved one’s care in the company of complete strangers.

Rathside Care Home is part of the Marjara Care Group. We have 3 homes in the Scunthorpe area which means that our regular staff can provide coverage at other homes when necessary.
