Holme House Care Home

Holme House Care Home is a nursing home currently providing care for up to a maximum of 68 older people. The home has three distinct units Memory Lane, Oakwell Avenue and Redhouse Lane, providing care and support for people with nursing and residential needs including people who are living with dementia.
