with enduring mental illness, between 18 – 65 and also for individuals with challenging complex needs.

We believe our strengths, as a home, are that we provide a high level of care / interventions to adults with complex mental health problems as well as general and daily activities for all service users.

 

We have identified that a very low percentage of any of our service users return to hospital when in crisis.

Inspections are undertaken regularly by Liverpool City Council.

Our last inspection we achieved 91%.

 

Our last CQC inspection was May 2017. We achieved a rating of GOOD.

All our inspections are available online and in the home.

 

We also provide an environment that all service users can regard as their home.

Environment

Service users will have a clean and safe environment and be treated with dignity, respect and sensitivity to meet the individual needs and abilities of each person.

The care service is delivered flexibly, attentively and in a non discriminatory fashion with respect for independence, privacy

and the right to make informed choices.

 

Religion and Culture

Every service user needs and values are respected in matter of Religion, Culture, Race or Ethnic origin and sexuality.

 

Links to the Community

All service users are actively encouraged to maintain their social and cultural links with the community. This is a fundamental core to our care services.

 

Care Pathway

All staff will collaborate and liaise as part of a Care Pathway with Community Psychiatric Services and other agencies to meet the overall personal and health care needs and preferences of that person.
