Evergreen Care Home

Evergreen Care Home provides quality residential and day care services for both ladies and gentlemen, in a comfortable homely environment, either on a long or short term basis. Our highly trained professional staff are dedicated carers, who take the time to listen and get to know all our guests, enabling the provision of individual care and the promotion of personal choice and independence, resulting in a high quality of life and a worry free lifestyle for our guests and their families and friends.

For added piece of mind, there is a sprinkler system fitted through out the home.

Evergreen Care Home is situated in a tranquil part of Old Yardley, within walking distance of the picturesque Yardley Old Church and the adjoining park.

There are excellent public transport services nearby, Birmingham City Centre being only 4 miles away.

Having been established for over 30 years, we have a long and successful track record in delivering a first class service.

We provide support to guests who need help with their day to day routine, while expert care staff are always on hand 24 hours a day to promote privacy and independence, all within a comfortable homely and relaxing environment.

We provide individual care plans which puts our guests needs and values at the heart of their care. This enables our staff to provide care which will have the greatest benefit to our guests.

We hold regular meetings with our guests to listen to what they have to say, allowing them to remain independent and have a choice in the running of the Home.

Residential Services

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission for 18 residents and provide accommodation in single, double and ensuite rooms and suites for both ladies and gentlemen on a long and short term basis.
