Individuality is at the heart of our care. You are welcome to make your room your own, with special mementoes, photographs and items of furniture and in some cases pets can be accommodated. Your day can be structured around your personal preferences too. This includes our support in helping you to retain your independence and encouraging your interests in old and new hobbies. A home from home also means a high degree of privacy when you want it.

Exercising choice is very important to us all which is why we have a flexible daily schedule. You choose how much or how little you do.

Your ongoing health and wellbeing is our primary concern, providing a tailored individual care pathway, regularly reviewed to meet your changing needs. Family friends GP and specialist care advisors will be a part of your care team.

An ongoing rigorous and robust training regime helps provide a highly qualified experienced team to support your stay with us.

24 hour access to nurses , and visiting professionals chiropodists & physiotherapists all support your care.

Dignity and Privacy

Recognising that retaining your dignity and privacy in a respectful manner, at all times & provide lockable cupboards.

A small safe can be placed in your room when required.

There is a medicine cabinet in all bedrooms.

From the start of your stay until your discharge you will be consulted and fully informed of the support being provided.

Meals

Meal times are a firm favourite of the day with a comfortable restaurant setting with waiter service, where our catering team maintains the highest standards of traditional home cooking, providing a choice of meals and tempting snacks around the clock.

Serving excellent meals from locally sourced produce, we pride ourselves on good quality freshly made food.

Visiting

Wherever possible there are no restrictions on visiting hours as we like to welcome family and friends at all times – we all soon get to know each other. Each room has a direct line telephone and internet connection keeping the lines of communication open at all times.
