Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust – Cook Close (Dover Court) is part of the Disabilities Trust and is a community supported house. They promote independent living and aim to rehabilitate people into the community. It is registered to provide accommodation, and personal care for up to four people who have an acquired brain injury. Nursing care is not provided.
