The standard of care we deliver is our core focus here at Brooks Care and is one of the main things that we pride ourselves on. Our service is personalised to suit each and every individual to bring you the best care experience. We believe that it is our key attention to detail that sets us apart from any other company. Our clients’ needs and wishes are continuously maintained through close contact with our Care Managers and our Quality Assurance Manager who works closely with the whole team.
At Brooks Care we provide visits ranging from 30, 45 and 60 mins to 24-hour care. Whether it’s helping with bathing, getting dressed or companionship; our trained carers are on hand for any request. In addition, we also offer day and night sitting services and respite care. We understand that home is where you feel most comfortable, that’s why we aim to support you to the best of our ability whilst living at home independently. The areas we cover are Canvey Island, Benfleet, Hadleigh, Leigh-on Sea, Westcliff, Southend, Thorpe Bay, Shoebury, Great Wakering, Rochford, Hockley, Hullbridge and Rayleigh.
