Aldersmead Care Home

Aldersmead Care Home provides facilities and services for up to 38 older people who have physical health care needs and who may also be living with dementia. This includes people who have had a stroke or live with a chronic health condition like Parkinson’s or diabetes. Aldersmead Care home is one of three care homes within the registered organisation.
