Description:
Cross Lane House
Cross Lane House is a residential care home offering personal care and accommodation to older people and those living with dementia. The service is registered to accommodate a maximum of 18 people. The service does not provide nursing care.
The home is made up of 16 bedrooms. All the bedrooms with the exception of a few are en suite. The few bedrooms without en suite facilities have a vanity unit and specially designed disability bathrooms and toilets are near to each room. Cross Lane House Care Home is well equipped with a variety of mobility and care aids to ensure we can meet the needs of our residents currently ranging in age between 65 to over 100 years.
We have a lift to all floors, which staff will assist residents to use if required. Residents have their own room and if they choose, are welcome to bring in their own personal belongings and other items to create a home from home atmosphere. There is a large open lounge and it is here that the residents can relax and socialise with other residents and guests. The separate dining room has intimate dining tables where main meals are served. A hairdresser visits twice a week, and chiropodist as often as necessary.
In fine weather, and wherever possible, residents are encouraged to make use of our beautiful gardens.
