Rockliffe Court limited supports up to 35 older people, some of whom may have sight impairment or be living with dementia. Communal rooms consist of a lounge, a dining room and a conservatory. There is also a small seated area in a walkthrough space near patio doors, which lead out to the garden and an area for people to smoke. Bedrooms, bathrooms and toilets are located over two floors accessed by two passenger lifts.
