Looking after people with dementia is all we do. The home has been specifically modified to make it easy to navigate and calming for those who are experiencing it through the prism of dementia. So your loved one will quickly feel right at home and settle in with the minimum of disruption and confusion.

All the rooms are attractively decorated and well equipped at standard with most having en-suite bathrooms. However, it’s really important for your loved one to feel comfortable relaxed and secure in their new home.

So we’d love you to bring along their special ornaments, treasured mementos, photographs and pieces of small furniture to make their room instantly recognizable and familiar.

Whether your loved one is in the mood for some fun activities or just wants some quiet time to themselves, they’ll always find something to suit at Bridlington Lodge.

The garden is private, secure and secluded with beautiful flowers in the spring and summer months and lots of places to sit and enjoy the fresh air.

If the weather isn’t so good they can enjoy one of the two large lounges that stream in sunlight through the large bay windows.
