Short or Long Term Respite Care
For short or long term respite care, you are welcome to come and stay at Red Rose Nursing Home whilst your family or carer go on holiday or are otherwise unavailable to care for you.
This can be for a single day or for a number of weeks. We aim to provide for whatever you need.
Day Care
With regard to Day Care, we offer to look after you for a day at Red Rose Nursing Home, where we will provide a bath or shower, breakfast, lunch and supper, as required. This facility can be used to give your carer a break or simply to give you a day of being pampered.
We provide all general care in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Fees include food and drink, heating and lighting, any laundry done on the premises, occupational and music therapy, organised outings and any other services staff provide.
Dementia Care Services
We employ qualified dementia nursing staff for our residents who have dementia Nursing needs. Please click on our link to Red Rose Nursing Dementia Wing for more information.
Our staff are fully trained in palliative and end of life care and work closely with external support officers, including MacMillan Nurses and the Primary Care Trust to provide the very best standard of care.
Fees
The fees charged are dependent on the type of care package and needs of the individual Service User.
These are discussed and determined when our experienced staff undertake a full assessment prior to admission.
