All residents are treated as individuals and their Independence, Privacy and Dignity is of utmost importance at all times. Victoria Lodge is a warm, friendly, relaxed, homely environment that thrives on laughter, fun and most of all the quality of care and happiness of the resident. We strive to respect all those who live and work there at all times, along with upholding the human and citizenship rights of all those individuals.

We are passionate about providing the best for each individual resident within a homely environment, without compromising on the exceptional quality of care already provided at Victoria Lodge. The home is run by a team of dedicated staff who are passionate about providing care that is second to none.

At Victoria Lodge we also believe in the therapeutic benefits of providing a pet-friendly environment and at present our resident cat Black Jack is thoroughly spoiled and his company enjoyed by both the staff and the residents.

Each resident will be allocated their own carer who will assist them in their needs, whether it bathing, dressing or even shopping.
