Camelot Residential Care Home

Camelot Residential Care Home is a lovely Edwardian house situated in an ideal position in one of the most prestigious areas of Eastbourne.

The house is adjacent to the seafront and within easy walking distance of the Meads village and shops. Directly opposite the home is a beautiful park with access to All Saints Community Centre, where events and exhibitions are held.

There is a regular bus service from the Meads village into Eastbourne town centre with its Arndale Shopping Centre, library and theatres etc. Eastbourne railway station provides frequent services to Brighton, Lewes and London.

We pride ourselves in being a small, family run residential home, offering accommodation for 17 residents of age 65 years and over.

Our accommodation is set over three floors and serviced by a passenger lift.

We can provide
15 single rooms with ensuite facilities
1 double room with ensuite facilities
1 single room with adjacent bathroom

The reception area has seating for residents to meet and enjoy each others company and guests.
Our dining room is situated at the front of the house over looking the garden. The lounge overlooks the rear garden which has paths and handrails enabling residents to take a daily stroll to enjoy the fresh air. Both gardens have ample seating for residents’ enjoyment.

Residents’ rooms are decorated to a high standard and have furniture provided; residents are encouraged to furnish the rooms with their own belongings to enable them to feel at home. There is an ongoing refurbishment ethos and all rooms are freshly decorated and refurbished as necessary.

Camelot Residential Care Home is fully supported by the community services of the local area.

Whilst staying at Camelot residents can enjoy most of the facilities that they had at home and more.
The hairdresser comes in every 2 weeks and this is charged separately. Ladies like to look nice and it can be a time for social chit chat with the hairdresser.
We arrange for News papers and Magazines to be delivered on request.
