Our philosophy of care
We believe that our residents are central to the care provided, each one having different physical, psychological, social and spiritual strengths.
We recognise that individuals are subject to deviations from health which prevents them from being able to meet all their needs of daily living.
We believe that our approach will enable us to provide care which assists our guests to maximise their strengths and abilities to achieve an optimum state of health in a safe, caring, relaxed and homely environment.
Aims
Our aim is to respond to our residents when they do not have the necessary strengths, skills and knowledge to assist themselves to fulfil all of their needs of daily living.
We aim to plan an individual care plan which is flexible and appropriate, whilst meeting the needs and choices of our residents.
