Beech House is an elegant building in period style situated at the head of Prowse Close, a select new housing development close to the centre of Thornbury. The historic town centre with its castle and charming high street is nearby, and a wide range of shops and leisure facilities are located in Thornbury which is a thriving community town. It is also easily accessible from the A38 and only a few miles from the M4/M5 motorway interchange.
We are committed to best practice in our nursing and residential care. Continuous care planning ensures regularly updated assessment of your needs. Our computerised care planning system ensures that our qualified nursing and care staff always have accurate information, and provides a full audit trail of your care. We discuss your needs with you directly, and with your relatives if you agree. We liaise closely with your doctor. Our podiatrist and physiotherapist visit the home regularly and optician, dental and hospital appointments are arranged as required.
