Cleeve House is a large Victorian home with beautiful views across the Malvern Hills.
It is this idyllic setting and relaxed atmosphere which gives Cleeve House a safe and homely feel. As a smaller home we are able to form caring relationships with residents and their families. There are no restrictions to visiting hours, we believe a familiar face reassures and restores confidence and security.
The home is family owned by Darren, Dionne and Terry, who ensure that the needs of residents are never compromised. They continue to maintain and improve the home to a high standard whilst building on an already excellent reputation within the local community.

March 2016: Once again Cleeve House receives a Good rating across all 5 Inspected Areas from the CQC, within an unannounced inspection carried out. OUR PHILOSOPHY
Here at Cleeve House we understand that moving to a new home can be difficult. Our staff are comprehensively trained to ensure that the transition will be as stress free as possible. Each resident is treated as an individual and the care they receive is tailored to meet their own requirements allowing them to maintain their own level of independence. We are committed to the wellbeing and independence of each of our residents. Our highly trained staff, many of whom have worked at Cleeve House for a number of years, help residents to live in an environment that is a home from home.
ACCOMMODATION
Cleeve House has 23 single bedrooms, 17 of which are en- suite, there is also a large wet room with spa bath for residents to enjoy. Each room is completely refurbished ready for the arrival of a new resident. We can provide bedroom furniture if you wish or bring your own. All rooms are fitted with television points and private telephone lines can be installed. Call System Monitors are in each room for peace of mind should a resident need assistance day or night. Many rooms have stunning views of the Malvern Hills or the beautifully landscaped gardens. Outside there is a large patio area with benches where residents can enjoy the many shrubs and flowers.
DINING FACILITIES
Our recently refurbished dining room is bright and spacious and we pride ourselves on the quality of our menus. Fresh fruit, vegetables and meat are sourced locally. All meals are prepared daily by our cook and we cater for all dietary needs. Residents are offered a wide choice of nutritious, balanced meal options. Meals are usually served in the dining room but if preferred, residents are welcome to dine in their own room.
DAY ROOM
Our newly refurnished day room is spacious with comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. As the heart of the home, residents are encouraged to sit and relax, watch TV or simply enjoy socialising with each other and staff. Friends and relatives are also welcome to sit, chat and share birthday and festive celebrations.
CARING STAFF
Each member of staff is CRB checked and has attended extensive training programs. Staff are often praised for their high level of care and warmth towards residents. Many of our team have worked at Cleeve House for a number of years and they too enjoy the caring friendships that are built up with residents over time.
