Description:
3 Trees was founded in 1999 by qualified and experienced learning disability nurses when a clear need was identified to support individuals who were being excluded from certain social and community activities. Their knowledge and expertise enabled them to work with these individuals, thus providing a stimulating and rewarding service fulfilling the lives of the people whom they were supporting. This allowed our service users to engage within their communities and further enjoy a more rewarding fulfilling life style.
Their success enabled the company to grow to its current size with its cofounder, Mrs Kate Carter still very much part and at the forefront of ensuring that its care provisions remain of a consistently high standard, person centred, outcome based and delivered in such a manner that promotes independence.
