HF Trust – Phillippines Close
HF Trust – Phillippines Close is a residential care home providing personal care to people living with a range of learning disabilities. Some people are also living with physical disabilities and/or autism. The service can support up to 16 people in two separate buildings, each of which have separate facilities and is set on a site which is shared with a day service, offices and supported living accommodation owned by the same provider.
